If you remember some of his classics, they are here. It's like going down memory trail.
I had always thought he was saying "my girl Bill" like "my dog Spot" or "my brother John;" confusing despite the fact that "Bill" is a highly unlikely feminine name.I get it now. He's not saying "My girl's name is Bill" but addressing a third party, "Bill, that girl is mine." Glad to have cleared that up.
I liked Jim Stafford in the past. I am enjoying this cd. His music never gets old.
The CD was a good collection. The only song that I would have liked on there was the song "None of us are here", which was not.
